Do you have any training?

I minored in Photojournalisim in college and have been photographing weddings on my own and with other photographers since 2009. Training happens every time I pick up my camera. As with any profession there is always room to grow and learn.

Why do you shoot weddings?

No matter the stress of the day, being able to see so many people together celebrating the love of two people is just one of the sweetest things in life. Seeing all the joy, jitters and love between the two of you is really just the best. Everything is new. No matter how long you’ve known each other or planned this day together it’s still your wedding day and you’re still dressed up and feeling the energy of people around you who have traveled miles just to be with you. Then there’s the party after all the sweetness...there’s always something new and never-before-seen at every reception. Always.

Will you travel for weddings?

Of course! Especially if it’s somewhere exotic. I might even discount your package if you’re taking me somewhere real awesome!

Do you have a second photographer?

I would love to have a second photographer for your big day! There's no better way to make sure every moment is captured or to save time than with a second photographer. And you can’t beat having two perspectives to capture these moments.

Are there some weddings you love more than others?

My favorite weddings are those that are unique to you. That are you. A wedding that is filled with love and authenticity. I particularly love smaller, intimate weddings that allow me to connect with everyone celebrating. I love being able to walk away knowing that there wasn’t anyone that attended who won’t be seen in an image later. Your wedding photos are little time capsules and I want them to document every part of your day.  

Will we get our digital files?

Yes. You’ll get all of the high-resolution digital files via flash drive as well as your own website.

How much are your services?

Wedding packages start at $4,000 and elopements start at $1,500. Happy to chat more specifics when we know what works best for you guys!
